On October 31, trainees from TFC's Tianyi Talent Development Program at the Jiangxi facility gathered at Bavlo Eco Valley for an autumn team-building event, joined by Tommy, General Manager of TFC Jiangxi. The event offered an opportunity to connect, unwind, and strengthen teamwork outside the workplace.

The Tianyi Program is TFC's talent development initiative for recent graduates. Its name, meaning "Wings of TFC," reflects the company's commitment to helping young professionals take flight in their careers. Since its launch in 2024, the program has completed three cohorts, providing structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help young talent develop and grow. This gathering brought trainees together to build stronger connections and a greater sense of belonging.

A Taste of Autumn: Citrus Picking

The day began with citrus picking in the orchard, where trainees enjoyed the seasonal harvest, explored the grounds, and captured moments together. The relaxed setting gave everyone a chance to unwind, share conversations, and enjoy time with colleagues.

Building Connections Through Teamwork

A series of interactive games followed, including blindfolded gong challenges, frisbee relays, and speed-based number games. Working in teams, participants encouraged one another and strengthened their communication and coordination skills.

Trainees from all three Tianyi cohorts joined the activities, reconnecting with familiar faces and getting to know new colleagues. Beyond the friendly competition, the games highlighted the importance of trust, collaboration, and team spirit.

An Evening of Food, Music, and Friendship

As evening arrived, the group gathered for a barbecue, preparing food together and sharing stories in a relaxed atmosphere. The celebration continued with karaoke, bringing plenty of laughter and memorable moments.

The event offered more than a welcome break from daily routines. It strengthened friendships across cohorts and reinforced the sense of community that is central to the Tianyi Program.
